Vaccine Reactions
Most dogs and cats have no side effects from vaccination. If your pet is showing any side effects, do not panic. These signs usually subside in 24-48 hours. Only a small minority of dogs and cats will have these symptoms, and only a small percentage of the reactions are serious.

If your pet has any of the following signs:

• Repeated episodes of vomiting and/or diarrhea
  
• Lethargic or restless behavior lasting more than 48 hours
  
• Swollen face
  
• Difficulty breathing
  
• Hives (bumps) on the body

If your pet has a history of adverse reactions to vaccination, please arrive early so we can take the extra time necessary to review your pet's vaccination history.
